Apple ]['s are cool too!
The Apple II series ignited the personal computing revolution and was Apple's first mainstream computer. It made an enormous step to having a computer in every home. ClassicMacAddict would like to give a little attention to this old favorite, and help many Apple II series addicts by giving a little attention to an amazing Frequently Asked Questions list. This list of questions and answers gives instructions on topics like finding programs, and transfering programs from your PC or Mac to your Apple II/IIGS computer. It's real great.

Great Program Update
I would like to bring something to your attention, a nice program called Lightning Paint. It has ben dubbed the "Download of the Moment" here at ClassicMacAddict. Surely, this program does pack a whallop!
Lightning Paint is filled with a pleathora of features that make the original MacPaint seem like a DOS program (a well made DOS program though). It's pretty much fully functional and can be quite useful for creating digitized Mona lisas.
Download Lightning Paint in the Applications section.

Program Transfer, PC to Mac!
The "Transfer Mac programs downloaded on a PC to a Mac" Guide has been finished!
All of the methods have been compiled and are arranged in their own section. Simply click on the link to the instruction sheet on the menu at the side of the page.

Something Fun!
Why would someone take apart a once worthwhile machine and turn it into a habitat for wild creatures?! Well, it all started with a goofy guy named Andy Ihnatko (A talented writer from the old MacUser magazine) who thought the only way he could make waves with his mac was to actually put water into it. From that point on, it is legend.
Yes, you yourself can make one of these contraptions out of an old Mac's shell (but please use a broken Mac!). It actually looks pretty cool sitting on a desk on shelf, but then of course, there's that whole entire fish dying problem and that algea thing that you run into later.
Follow this fishy smelling link to read Andy Ihnatko's ultimate guide to making a Macquarium (The original site was down, so I decided to make it available once again for ClassicMacAddict visitors). He's real thorough and provides some useful illustrations. I highly sudgest you don't do this as you will be destroying a very nice piece of computing history, but then again, what do I know.

Messageboards
The messageboards are up and active. Need some old Mac help? Then go to the messageboard and say a few words about your problem. If you want to get answers from a person who knows an amazing amount of information on their topic, I would sudgest you go to the advertisement on top. Their mac section is headed by a true "mac genius", which I have even sent my questions to! (Although they never have been able to solve that pesky Mac to PC file conversion problem. Aurghhh!)
