FloorPlan 3D.  FloorPlan 3D Design Suite by IMSI.  Floor Plan 3D is an architeture / home design software.  Floor Plan lets you design or remodel a home or other piece of realestate.  This Floor Plan site is an unofficial site but is linked by IMSI as a reliable resource.  I think Floor Plan 3D has the best rendering of any program in its price range
