Soon after my time as Harlequin, I led a short-lived project on a related mailing list, called GMAST-L, to create what amounted to Marvel fan-fiction. Along with Robert Alyn Howard (not the Conan authort), and Timothy "Doctor Stomper" Neeck, I worked on a story about heroes, villains, and the mysterious mineral called Guffinite.
My hero was a semi-immortal, incredibly rich, and not too munchkinesque character named Isadore Chad...but better known as Kilroy.
Following what has become common practice for me, I used the name of my lead character as a handle. And hence, as Kilroy, I wrote two long stories:
