Stock Updater Problem Report

Please help me to help you, it will be much easier to diagnose and fix your problem if you provide 
the following information:

1. What is your Operating System? (i.e. Win95, Win98, Win98SE, WinNT 4.0, Win 2000)
2. Was your operating system purchased in North America?  Was it pre-installed or is it a
retail version your purchased from the store?
3. Did your problem occur during installation?  (Yes/No)
4. Did your problem occur after installation, when you tried to run Stock Updater? (Yes/No).
5. Did your problem occur while you were using Stock Updater?
6. Please describe EXACTLY all the error messages you were given by your computer:  (i.e. 
Error Message Number, and description).
7. What version of Stock Updater are you attempting to run?
