Pinning Combinations: REF

Half Nelson - This is one of the most basic and prominent Pinning Combinations in Wrestling.  It Consists of putting your arm under his armpit and your hand should be on his head.  NOT ON HIS NECK From there just push him over.   To make it more effective grab his other hand with your free hand or lift his knee with your free hand.

Here are some examples of the half Nelson.

Force Nelson or Power Half - Once your opponent is breaken down,   Slide your arm under his far arm and push your forearm against the back of his head.  Lock hands, Jump to the other side then push him over.  When about half way over for more level ridge let go of the arm that is leaning against the back of his head and turn it into a half nelson.

Arm Bar - Put your forearm under your opponents elbow, and lay your hand on his back.  Then push forward.

Here are some examples of the arm bar.

Near Cradle - Push your head into his ribs.  Put your arm around his neck, and grab the top leg.  Lock your hands (arm should be under the knee) with a good grip, then spin around on your toes.  Its impossible to escape if u get the bottom leg instead of the top.

Cross Face Cradle - Once the bottom man is breaken down apply a cross face and grab his arm or shoulder.  Post your hand on the mat between his legs and drive his head to his legs.  Then lock hands, sit back, and put your knee in his butt.

Here are some examples of different cradles.

Front Double Arm Bar - Reach with your left hand in front of your opponent far around his far triceps  Then with your other arm reach beneath your opponents armpit grab the your opponents tricep beside your other hand.  Either push forward and break his down or pivot around his head planting him on his back.   Squeeze his elbows and spread your legs in front of him.

Counters: REF

Bridge - If u might be pinned, bridge up on your neck and feet and try to turn over from there.

Here are some examples of Bridges.

Mule kick - If someone grabs your leg in the neutral position, kick back as hard as u can.  When in the cradle put both legs together and kick out that way.

Outside Leg Standup - Pop your right leg out.  Grab his right wrist and have yoru left arm in a closed stanted position.  Stand up poping your hips out and neck backwards.  Rip off his grip andd turn towards the right at him.
