Built by Stanton Volunteers on 1975 5 ton AM General
diesel powered 6x6 military chassis. 1500 gallon tank, 300gpm
Hale pump, designed to pump and roll. In service since 1998.
 
 

The truck as it was received by the Department as a military asphalt oiler. The truck had less that 5000 miles on the odometer.

 This is the re-assembly after paint and body work. Volunteers did all cleaning, wiring, sanding, painting ,disassembly and re-assembly.

 Hot dip galvanized water tank was built in trade for the oiling equipment.

 A catwalk enclosed with a railing system was built behind the cab for pump and roll operation.
