Most of this is quite straight forward. Design is how the site feels... is it easy to find what you want or do you have to search for it? Unique just refers to if the site has anything unique... for example, we have the QB Site Update list. Next, the Dynamic score is just how often the page is updated. Links is obviously links to other pages, and the content is just how much meat is actually in the... files, products, tutorials, etc. Pretty easy to understand.
