Tape Requirements
 | Source tapes must be VHS or 8mm (analog) media, NTSC (normal in the US) format |
| Program material must be exactly as desired for conversion |
| Higher quality recordings give better results (This makes a surprising difference). |
Display Computer Recommendations
| Pentium (r) class processor, 166 MHz or faster (faster allows full screen full motion) |
| Windows 98 operating system (includes Media Player) or |
| Windows 95 with Windows Media Player (free from Microsoft) |
| 6X or faster CDROM drive |
| VGA or higher display resolution |
| Windows compatible sound card and speakers |
