My Comments: This is an interesting arena, built on an old shopping mall. It is useful to expand your arena options. It is also mentioned in the product that the Crash City supplement will be helpful in understanding the background. Overall, it looks pretty good, and gives some scenario hooks, which allows for play beyond that of the arena.
