Trustix is a Linux distribution focused on delivering a server-ready solution that is trimmed and secure. It forgoes packages that aren't absolutely needed, such as X. The distribution also leaves out packages that have a history of insecurity, such as sendmail and wu-ftpd. Trustix Secure Linux also installs with defaults that are known secure: for example, it doesn't come with all sorts of daemons and services running.
