QLinux is a kernel port that provides quality-of-service guarentees. It features a Hierarchical Start Time Fair Queuing (H-SFQ) CPU scheduler and network packet scheduler, a lazy reciever processing (LRP) network subsystem, and the Cello disk scheduling algorithm (which isn't stable as of yet). QLinux is focused on use in multimedia enviroments.
