KURT (The KU Real-Time Linux) is a kernel port that allows for explicit scheduling of any real-time events. This makes adding new events simple. KURT also supports 2 modes: a normal mode, where the kernel acts like a standard Linux kernel, and real-time mode, where everything that's not a real-time event or process is shut out.
