Here is the form I made up. It may be confusing but if you can figure it out it works well. If you want more than one thing on a tape just keep putting the same "tape #" in that section for all the things you want on that tape. Remember to only put the price once if you are getting multiple things on a tape. If you want the deluxe offer just click in the box. If this is too confusing then just go back to the buying information and email me with what you want.
