|         A Rotary-ball valve offers many advantages.   It requires a lower torque for operation.   It is available in a large sizes and is compact in design.   It uses a rotary 90 degree stem movement and many of the internals are replaceable in line.   One of the drawbacks is the that fluid may become trapped in the both the body and the seat upon closing.   It is commonly found in services of water, oils, slurries, gases and vacuums. |
