From I-40 take exit 82A (Highland Ave South) to the first red light (Ridgecrest Dr.) Turn left on Ridgecrest until you get to the first red light (Old Medina Rd/Campbell Street) Turn left and go over the Interstate bridge. POJ is the first church on the right.
