The following is a personal attempt to archive the mailings that took place in Ornet. For those few who do not know, Ornet is a mail distribution list for Odias around the world. It is free, open to Odias, inetellectually stimulating, and culturally invigorating. If you wish to join please send a mail to Ornet-Request@Cs.Columbia.Edu with "subscribe" in the message. Major acdemics routinely take part in this august forum in intelelctual discussions. Not to be left behind the hoi polloi freely indulge in electronic musTijuddha's. From time to time jokes are circulated, but not frequently considering the .... property of Odias.
Most of the archives preceding 2001 have been
collected by the moderator Shree Ashutosh Dutta, and these are copied here
verbatim. From 2001 February onwards, I have compiled them on a monthly
basis. This compiler feels that this compilation should be made searchable
by author, by date, etc. Volunteer effort is solicited for this onerous
task.
