General:
We are a non-profit organization and only around to serve the TI-Community. We will remain non-profit and the only solicited funds that we will/might recieve will to be to support the site's cost (We recieve no funds at the moment, and hope to not have to). Any profit (ie. Un-needed funds) that we may recieve will be turned over to the public. This site will not, and does not support, the storage and illegal distribution of ROM's, pornography, and/or software not meant for general public use.
Privacy:
We, as always, respect the privacy of our patrons and visitors. We will retain information that we recieve and not distribute that to the outside world or any companys. All that is shown is what you want to be through the use of our 'add forms' throughout the site.
Deletion:
We retain the right to delete and/or change any inappropriate content that is submitted to the site by users. We do capture IP's, and if we feel the need to ban a user through an IP, then that action might be taken.
Rights:
Last, we retain the right to remove any: section, addition, change, and the site if we feel the need. This site remains the proporty of the owner and all that comes with it. All rights are reserved and are held by the Calc Central Staff (As described in the Disclaimer).
