Hows does the Jelly Wobble tester work? Step 1 First and foremost you will need some jelly. We recommend you go to the shops and buy some. Step 2 Make some jelly. Step 3 Take the tester out of the box and...... Step 4 ......scoop some jelly using the JWT's own specialised scoop (you should hear a "schlurrp" as you scoop is the jelly is set right). Step 5 Hold the JWT steady. The jelly will begin to wobble Step 6 Measure the wobbleness using the scale. Step 7 Use this handy chart to benchmark your tests: Wobbleness Jelly state Remedies 1 Not set Put back in fridge for a long time 2 Not quite set Put in fridge for a short time 3 Set Eat straight away 4 A bid hard May need chewing 5 Too hard Not for people with dentures Remember you will get different results with all the different makes of jelly Try testing using different flavours and see!
