WCW News: Goldberg, nWo, Jim Duggan, Standards and Practices, and much more

"Hacksaw" Jim Duggan is unable to take many bumps and is especially leery towards taking them on his back due to his previous kidney problems.
- Daphne Unger is an actress who was recommended to be hired by the Misfits.
- The new nWo group won't include a lot of lackey members and mid-carders like the nWo Black and White did. Other members will eventually be added, but no more than just a few (2, or 3 at most). Hall was against going heel at Starrcade, but Nash seemed to be in favor of the idea.
- Lenny Lane's $52,000-per-year contract with WCW is set to expire in August of 2000, but WCW has an option to extend the deal if they choose to do so. While Lane wants out of his contract, the wording in the contract is said to be so strong that Lane is basically at the mercy of WCW. The wording in Lodi's contract is said to be easier to decipher and get by.
- Perry Saturn and Konnan recently individually approached Vince Russo backstage about comments that each made on "The Law" and "Wrestling Observer Online" online Real Audio shows respectively. The meetings were said to have went well with no hard feelings expressed.
- According to "WCW Live," Bill Goldberg recently moved to San Diego, California.
- Torrie Wilson will be back on WCW televising in about two weeks.
- The men vs. women matches, which was originally barred from WCW by the Standards & Practices department, have now been allowed to transpire.
- The Thunder program will now be harder to edit, since the tapings now take place on Tuesday night and the program will soon start airing on Wednesday, a day earlier.
- Scott Hudson may soon become a regular announcer for Monday Nitro.
