*Scott Hall is expected to have surgery next week to remove bone chips from his knee. The surgery will be held at Dr. James Andrews' clinic in Birmingham, Ala.
*Goldberg received approximately 40 stitches last week after the accident that opened a bloody gash on his forearm.
*Mean Gene Okerlund will be opening another two locations of Mean Gene Burger restaurants this week, one in Brooklyn and one in New York City (across from New York University). Okerlund says he expects to open about 60 locations in the year 2000.
*A special "Best of Nitro" show will air tomorrow night (Wednesday, Dec. 29) on TNT from 8-11 PM ET. The show will consist of some of the top matches in Nitro history, including the historic first match held at the very first Nitro between Brian Pillman and Jushin' "Thunder" Liger.
