WCW Nitro Results from Buffalo, New York
Date: January 10, 2000

-Show opens with Terry Funk and company arriving in a limo.

-Match #1: Dean Malenko & Perry Saturn vs. Konnan & Kidman vs Crowbar & David Flair (Three-Way Dance)
Dean Malenko starts off the match by working on Kidman and then Crowbar & David Flair come out and according to Shane Douglas, who's doing color commentary during the match, Flair gets "dumped on his head." This is a wild match and the ref had a very hard time keeping the match under control. Malenko works on Crowbar. Kidman then beats up on Malenko. Crowbar and David Flair use a metal pipe and a metal crowbar to knock out the Filthy Animals. Crowbar hits a flying elbow from the top rope and then Malenko & Douglas are shown fighting with Rey Mysterio, Jr. in the backstage area. Saturn walks up the rows in the audience and then he dives off a balcony and hits Mysterio. Crowbar and David Flair come and pick up the win via pinfall.
Winner: Crowbar & David Flair

-A recap of Thunder is shown. The segment when Harlem Heat split up last Thursday was shown.

-It's announced that DDP will fight Bagwell in a match with a special stipulation.

-The NWO is shown arriving backstage. Steiner, Hart, Nash, and Jarrett are shown. The NWO gives Steiner some women for the night.

-Terry Funk and others are shown backstage.

-Rey Mysterio is shown being hauled off in a rescue truck.

-Steiner is shown backstage with his women for the evening.

-Match #2: Oklahoma vs. Asya
Oklahoma comes out and talks trash about Madusa. He calls her a "Silicone Freak" and he told her that he's going to give her a little taste of what's going to happen at WCW Souled Out when he takes her belt from around her waist. Oklahoma challenged any woman from backstage. Asya comes out and accepts Oklahoma's challenge. Asya shoves down Oklahoma without any problems. Oklahoma then knocks Asya out of the ring and then Asya beats the living crap out of Oklahoma. Oklahoma then hits Asya with a Bar-b-q sauce bottle. Madusa comes out and Oklahoma hits Madusa on the side of her head with a broom and then he takes the cruiserweight belt and he leaves the ringside area.
Winner: No contest.

-Terry Funk and company are shown backstage.

-The NWO is shown backstage trying to find Steiner.

-Terry Funk and company come down to the ringside area. Funk talks about Nash. Funk calls Nash a "Dead Man Walking" and a "Dead Man Still Walking." Funk says "If it's war you want, it's war you got." He then states that he picked Arn Anderson, Paul Orndorf, and Larry Zybysco from the un-employment line. Funk also stated that they're going to be called "The Old Age Outlaws." Anderson, Zybysco, and Orndorf talk trash to the NWO. Powerplant wrestlers are shown again. The NWO comes out and talks trash to the "Old Age Outlaws."

-Buff Bagwell and DDP are shown walking to ringside.

-Kimberly is shown backstage.

-Buff Bagwell & DDP have a "confrontation" and if they fight before 5 minutes are up, then they will be fined $50,000 by Terry Funk/WCW. Both men try to piss each other off to the point where the other punches the other, so they'll be fined. After the 5 minutes, DDP attacks Bagwell. Bagwell then beats up DDP and leaves.

-Match #3: Jeff Jarrett vs. George "The Animal" Steele (Chris Benoit is the ref)
Steele throws garbage cans into the ring. Jarrett then unloads on Steele. Steele then beats up Jarrett and vice versa.
Winner: George "The Animal" Steele

-Match #4: Tito Santana vs. Jeff Jarrett
Winner: Tito Santana

-Tank Abott comes out and calls out Doug Dillenger. Dillenger is attacked by Tank Abott.

-Chris Benoit is shown laying on the ground backstage.

-Match #5: Jeff Jarrett vs. "Superfly" Jimmy Snuka (Cage Match) with Chris Benoit as the ref.
During the match, Benoit beats up on Jarrett frequently. Jarrett then leaves the cage and gets his guitar. He brings the guitar into the ring and then Zybysco & Orndorff beat up on Jarrett in the cage. Snuka and Benoit hit the headbutt and splash from the top of the cage. Snuka wins the match via pinfall.
Winner: "Superfly" Jimmy Snuka

-Before the next match, Funk shoves a bar of soap in Scott Steiner's mouth.

-Match #6: Kevin Nash vs. Bret Hart
The match starts with a big stare down between Hart and Nash. Then when they actually lock up, Nash overpowers Hart and gives Hart a few stiff knees to Hart's stomach in the corner of the ring. Hart then counters and punches away on Nash's mid-section in the corner of the ring. Nash plows away on Hart's back. Nash gives Hart a hard elbow to the head and then Hart is knocked outside of the ring into the guardrail. Nash leaves the ring and throws Hart back into the ring. Hart fights back and then starts to work on Nash's knees. Nash then fights back, while limping from Hart's beating on Nash's knees. Hart then knocks Nash down and then Nash receives a low-blow from Hart. Hart gives Nash a few elbows and then Hart misses an elbow from the middle turnbuckle. Nash goes for a cover, but only gets a 2-count. Hart fights backand then Hart again works on Nash's knees. Nash then hits a sidewalk slam and then Nash leaves the ring. Nash gets a chair and returns. Arn Anderson hits Nash with a club. Sid comes out and destroys Hart. He calls for the cage to be lowered. Sid and Hart are trapped in the cage. Sid chokeslams Hart. Arn Anderson is the ref in the ring. Sid powerbombs Hart and then Sid pins Hart and gets the 1, 2, 3.
Winner: Sid via pinfall
