RAW is WAR is Live from St. Louis Missouri, and it's sold out tonight! Jim Ross is along side Jerry "The King" Lawler, and they are at ringside. A number of WWF Superstars are emptying out from the locker room and they are making their way to the ring. It looks like the entire locker room is emptying out, and they are all surrounding the ring. The WWF superstars surround the ring and The Rock's music comes on and he is on his way to the ring as well! Triple H and Degeneration X are shown in their locker room and they look confused as to why all the wrestlers are in the arena. The Rock gets in the ring and he has a mic in hand. The Rock does his finally The Rock has come back to St. Louis spiel, and he says that everyone is probably why the WWF superstars are surrounding the ring. The Rock says that they all asked The Rock to be their spokesman.

The Rock says unaccustomed to public speaking as The Rock is, he has agreed. The Rock tells Triple H and Stephanie to bring their candy asses to the ring and face The Rock. Degeneration X is shown and Triple H asks if he called them out, and The Road Dogg, X-Pac and Billy Gunn say that they didn't call everyone out, they called Triple H and Stephanie out, so they can go to the ring. The Rock waits impatiently in the ring and says that maybe Triple H didn't understand the great one. Maybe he'll understand this, and he says for Triple H and Stephanie to bring their roody poo candy asses to the ring! Triple H's music comes on and he is on his way to the ring along with his wife, Stephanie. Triple H and Stephanie stand on the stage, and Stephanie has a mic. Stephanie says that she doesn't know what they are up to, but she is sure... Stephanie gets interrupted by the fans chanting "Slut, slut, slut!" Stephanie says she's confident that they can work something out.

The Rock puts his hand out, and says let The Rock give her something that she has needed for a long time. The Rock says that Stephanie should know her role and shut her mouth! The Rock says that they are going to take about a couple of things, and the first thing they are going to talk about is Mick Foley. The Rock says he knows that Foley is out side in the parking lot right now in St. Louis probably selling popcorn, probably eating popcorn, but The Rock says that if Triple H and Stephanie doesn't meet their demands, they have every WWF superstar ready to walk out on their candy asses! The Rock says ever single WWF superstar is ready to join a new Federation, and that's the WRF! The World Rock Federation. The Rock says that tonight, Triple H will reinstate Mick Foley!

Triple H whispers something into Stephanie's ear. Triple H says if The Rock wants Foley reinstated, as of right now, Mick Foley is back in the World Wrestling Federation. Triple H says that it's not because The Rock says so, it was already in the works. Triple H says they were going to reinstate him today anyway. The Rock says that he has been in all types of matches as of late, and The Rock says that as of tonight, there is no way, and The Rock means no way matches like that will ever happen again. Stephanie says that seems fair, and the fans start chanting "slut, slut, slut" again in Stephanie's direction. The Rock says that it sounds to the great one that there's 15,000 Rock fans calling Stephanie a slut! Triple H says that he thought the fans were talking to The Rock. The Rock says thirdly, Triple H likes to throw around his weight like he's a big shot like The Rock, but as far as anyone being fired, as of tonight, there is no one who will ever get fired again unless there is just do. Triple H says that's fair too, and they have to realize one thing, and they are all about fairness. Mankind's music comes on, and it didn't take long for him to get in the arena! Mankind comes out of the crowd and he is back in the WWF!

Mankind gets on the mic and says that he would like to acknowledge the dozens and dozens of Mankind fans who sent out their care, cards and letters. Mankind says he would like to thank the great one, not only for the kind words that he inscribed to Mick in his book, but for sticking his neck on the line for support of Mankind. Mankind says as it refers to the McMahon/Helmsley Era, he condemns them for mocking him and his family. Mick has a couple of suggestions he would like to make, and it concerns the Royal Rumble. Mick says he has a hell of a main event lined up, and it concerns him and Triple H in Madison Square Garden. Mick says that he would like to add a couple of special stipulations to be named at a later date, and with the knowledge of knowing that 50 wrestlers are ready to walk, Triple H better make up his mind, and now!

Triple H says that if Mick wants him at the Garden, he's got it! Mankind says that the way that he figures it, when he gets his hands... The Rock interrupts Mankind and says that seeing as the WWF title match is set for the Royal Rumble, The Rock says he is going to take it upon himself to include himself in another match at the Royal Rumble. The Rock says as the people's champion, he is going to throw his name in the hat and be a participant at the 30 man Royal Rumble. The Rock says that night at Madison Square Garden, he is going to take 29 other jabronis one by one by damn one to go to Wrestlemania to face Triple H or Mankind. Mankind says that sounds like a hell of a match up, and they shouldn't waist all of their energy at the Royal Rumble, because they got a ton of fans in the arena screaming tonight. Mick says that they should put their heads together and come up with a hell of a show for this evening. Triple H says that a hell of a show isn't Mankind's job to come up with.

Mankind says that they are just suggestions, and he says that people ask him who the toughest of the two New Age Outlaws is, and he thinks that Triple H should book that match tonight. Triple H says that he supposes that if he doesn't book the match, everyone walks. Triple H says sure and that's great, and the Outlaws are looking on and they aren't too happy. Mankind says that Triple H told X-Pac that he was just as good as Triple H, and Mick says that he doesn't believe it, so we should see it in this very ring, tonight! X-Pac was shown backstage, and it looks like he likes the fact that he is going against fellow dX member. Stephanie says that they got it. The Rock says that they aren't done! The Rock says that if dX makes it through the night, it will be the entire dX against the Acolytes! Triple H likes it and says they are on. Triple H starts to leave and then The Rock says that he isn't done. The Rock says the Acolytes won't be alone. They are going to have a tag team with them and that team is going to be The Rock and Sock Connection!

Degeneration X is shown backstage and The New Age Outlaws and X-Pac are complaining at Triple H for the matches that he just booked. The Road Dogg tells him that he should have let the wrestlers walk out, because they are the talented ones around here. On another note, it seems that X-Pac is happy that he is going against Triple H, because he says that he'll see Triple H later tonight in a nice manner.

The Road Dogg vs. Mr. Ass
The music of the New Age Outlaws is playing and The Road Dogg is on his way to the ring. He is one half of the tag team champions with Billy Gunn, and they are going against each other in a one on one match. Mr. Ass comes out and he doesn't do the "Suck it" part of the spiel, because The Road Dogg already did it. As this match is going on, Jim Ross says that he understands there is a sign up sheet in the back that any wrestler can sign to make a match for tonight. Mr. Ass and The Road Dogg battle back and forth in and out of the ring, and it looks like they are taking this match seriously. Mr. Ass goes for the fame asser, but The Road Dogg catches him into the pump handle slam for the win. After the match, Mr. Ass didn't seem too happy that he lost and he didn't shake hands with his partner as he left.

Backstage is shown and Mankind goes into a room and he finds the fake Mankind, and he asks him if he has any idea what he has done. Mankind asks him if he has any idea what he is going to do. Mankind says that since he is a funny guy, he should tell a joke. The fake Mankind is tied up in a chair as Mankind continues to tie him up more. The Hardy Boyz are shown backstage with Terri, and it looks like they are signing themselves up for a match tonight!

Kurt Angle and Steve Blackman vs. the Hardy Boyz
Kurt Angle's music is playing and he is on his way to the ring along with Steve Blackman. Kurt gets on the mic and says that the St. Louis Rams and the fans Olympic hero have something in common. They have the three I's, but unlike the Rams, he does things with competition. Kurt says that one of the members of the Rams is on a lucky streak. Kurt and Steve are going against the Hardy Boyz in this contest. The two teams fight in and out of the ring and the Hardy Boyz use their high flying moves against Steve and Kurt. Steve Blackman gets the Kendo Stick but he doesn't use it. Jeff Hardy hits Blackman off the top rope with a missle drop kick and then Matt gives Steve a DDT to win the match. After the match, Kurt Angle is in the ring and he's angry that Steve lost the match.

Mankind and the fake Mankind are shown, and Mick is telling him that he doesn't have any idea what he is going to do to him. Mick says that no one will help him if he asks and he will just tell them that the fake Mankind is all tied up. Edge is shown in front of the paper to sign for a match, and Christian shows up and asks Edge a question, and Edge says that he was happy with it. Whoever he was talking about, it looks like Edge and Christian may be having some type of match together, as a team.

Chris Jericho and Chyna are shown, and Chris says that Chyna was right and he was wrong. Chris says that if they work together, they can beat the Hollys. Chris tells Chyna to sign them up on the list to go against the Hollys. The Kat asks Chris if he is for real, and Chris says he's for real. Chyna signs the paper, and it looks like Chris and Chyna will take on the Hollys tonight!

World Wrestling Federation European Championship Match
Edge vs. Val Venis (c)
The World Wrestling Federation European Champion, Val Venis is on his way to the ring and this match is scheduled for one fall and it is for the European title. Jim Ross mentions that Val's sister is engaged to Edge. Val Venis mentions that his sister is engaged to Edge in his spiel, and he says with all due respect, Edge may have what it takes to win his sister's hand in marriage, but he doesn't have half of what it takes to win the European Championship. It looks like we won't be seeing Edge and Christian in tag team action, but they are on their way to the ring! It'll be Edge taking on Val Venis, and while they are going to the ring, the arena turns orange for a few seconds, and it leaves the commentators and wrestlers in the ring confused. Edge and Val fight back and forth and Edge gets the downward spiral on Val, but his feet were o the ropes, so he couldn't pin him. Edge goes to spear Val, but Val saw it coming, so he sidestepped it and then gave Edge a fisherman suplex for the win to retain the European Championship. After the match, Val and Edge shake hands, and Edge gets on the mic and says Val may have been the best man tonight, but he will not be the best man at his sister's wedding. Edge says the reason is because Christian will be. It looked like Val Venis understood the situation and they hugged in the ring.

The Hardcore Hollys vs. Chris Jericho and Chyna
Degeneration X is shown in their locker room and the Outlaws are arguing with X-Pac trying to keep the peace. Chris Jericho's music is playing in the arena and he is in tag team action along with Chyna against the Hardcore Hollys. Chris Jericho and Chyna are co holders of the Intercontinental Championship. Chyna is accompanied by the WWF Women's Champion, the Kat. When Chyna gets in the ring, Chris tries to take the belt from her, because it's obvious that he wants to be the one to hold it. Chris gets on the mic and welcomes everyone to RAW is Jericho, and he says that like he said earlier, they are going to destroy the Hollys. Chris says he wants to point out that Chyna came to the ring with the belt, but Chris is the one who got a much bigger response from the Jericholics, tonight. Chris tells Chyna not to worry about that, and it's onward to victory! Surprisingly, Jericho and Chyna use some good teamwork against the Hollys. The fans are well behind Chris Jericho in Chyna in this contest. Hardcore Holly pins Chyna after the suplex into a pin. Chris Jericho gets the belt and walks away and then says better luck next time to Chyna and walks away with a smile on his face.

Mick and the fake Mankind are shown and Mick has some hot coffee in his hand and he throws it into the face of the fake Mankind. Triple H and Stephanie are shown, and X-Pac arrives and asks Hunter if he's ready. X-Pac says that he is going to prove to Triple H that he is as good as him, because Triple H did say it recently and X-Pac is out to prove it.

Non Title Match
X-Pac vs. Triple H (c)
X-Pac's music is playing and it is going to be X-Pac taking on Triple H in a one on one match. Triple H is accompanied to the ring by his wife, Stephanie McMahon Helmsley and this is a non title match. Triple H stomps X-Pac in the corner and X-Pac fights back with a number of moves of his own. Triple H and X-Pac fight on the outside of the ring as Stephanie has a look of concern on her face every time X-Pac gets a move or a hit on Triple H. Triple H goes for the Pedigree on X-Pac, but X-Pac gives him a low blow and X-Pac gets Triple H in the corner and puts the bronco buster on him! X-Pac then goes to the top rope and Stephanie gets on the apron and knocks him down while the referee's back is turned. Triple H then puts the Pedigree on X-Pac for the win.

Too Cool and Rikishi Phatu vs. Al Snow and the Headbangers
Degeneration X is shown again and they are saying that Triple H doesn't care about them. The Road Dogg says that Triple H lost it, because he is letting Stephanie control him. Too Cool's music is playing and they are headed to the ring along with Rikishi Phatu. They are in six man tag team action against Al Snow and the Headbangers. Mosh and Grandmaster Sexay start off the contest and Mosh gets the better of him in the early goings. Rikishi gets tagged in and he just dominates Thrasher and then gives Mosh the sit down piledriver for the win. After the match, Al Snow beats the Headbangers with Head as Too Cool and Rikishi get the fans going while they dance.

Mick and the fake Mankind are shown backstage and Mick asks him if he learned his lesson. The fake Mankind says that he did, and Mick says that he better have, or he'll make him watch an hour of Al Snow matches. Mankind unties the fake Mankind and then tells him to never mistake kindness for weakness, because if he does, he'll hunt him down and make it the last mistake that he ever makes. Mick tells him to sit back, relax and not to leave the room, or he will regret it. Mick leaves the room and the fake Mankind unties his feet and it looks like he's going to leave the room.

D'Lo Brown and the Godfather vs. the Dudley Boyz
The Godfather's music is playing and he is on his way to the ring along with D'Lo Brown and they are teaming together tonight! D'Lo Brown is dressed up like the Godfather tonight as he was at the Survivor Series. The Godfather starts to do his spiel, but the Dudley Boy's music comes on and they come out and the match is on! They aren't wasting any time here as they are going against the Godfather and D'Lo in this match. The two teams fight back and forth and the Godfather gives Devon the Ho Train and then D'Lo Brown gets on the top rope but the Dudley Boyz bail out of the ring. The Dudley Boyz grab the hoes and start to leave, but the Godfather and D'Lo Brown follow them and battle. The referee calls for the bell and it looks like both teams may have been counted out.

Winners - Double count out
Tori is shown backstage, and Mick shows up and says he's been looking for her all night. Mick says that he hasn't talked to her in a while, and he would like to tell her how much he admires her breasts. Mick says that he made a list of 17 other things that he would like to do to those bad boys. As Tori runs away, Mick tells her that if she wants some of him to come back to his dressing room, and that's dressing room number three. Mick tells her to bring a friend.

The fake Mankind is shown in the room and he has been warned to stay in dressing room number three. Tori is shown with Kane and she is telling him that Mick touched her. Tori leads Kane to room number three and Kane goes in and he beats up on the fake Mankind! Kane beats Mankind into a stair well and he tries to hit him with a steel pipe, but the fake Mankind runs away. Triple H and Degeneration X is shown and Triple H is telling them that they have to stick together, or they are going to get their ass kicked. The New Age Outlaws sarcastically say that they are going to stick together.

Test and The Big Show vs. The Big Bossman and Prince Albert
Test's music is playing and he is walking to the ring. He has the face protector in his hand, and he is going to be in tag team action with The Big Show against the Big Bossman and Prince Albert. As the Bossman and Prince Albert make their way to the ring, they stop on the ramp and the Bossman whispers something to Prince. Seconds after that, they both storm to the ring to start the match, and the match is on as the Bossman is paired off with The Big Show, and Test is paired off with Prince Albert. The Bossman inadvertently nailed Prince Albert in the back of the head with the night stick and Test went to the top rope and gave Prince an elbow drop for the win. After the match, Prince Albert shoves the Bossman down and then The Big Show gets back in the ring and gives The Bossman and Prince Albert a choke slam, at the same time!

Eight Man Tag Team Match
Degeneration X vs. the Acolytes and The Rock and Sock Connection
Stephanie and Triple H are shown and they are headed to the arena as the Acolytes are shown walking backstage, as well. Mick Foley is shown walking alone, and The Rock is shown as well, and The Rock and Sock Connection is back together, tonight! Degeneration X's music is playing in the arena, and they are on their way to the ring. Will they be able to work as a team after what happened earlier in the night? Stephanie is with Triple H, and The Road Dogg comes out and it looks like Mr. Ass and X-Pac aren't there with them. Mr. Ass and X-Pac slowly follow from behind and they don't have an alternative but to keep it together, because they could be in for a long night as they go against the Acolytes and The Rock and Sock Connection. X-Pac doesn't look too happy as he has a not so nice look on his face. When the Acolytes get to the ring, they scare all of dX out of the ring while The Rock and Sock Connection come to the ring. The Rock comes to the ring to a huge pop and The Rock recently came out with a book and he is setting records at book signings. The Rock and Mr. Ass start off the contest, and it looks like Mr. Ass is still not getting along with The Road Dogg. The Rock and Mr. Ass exchange words before The Rock starts hammering away on Mr. Ass. The Rock gives Mr. Ass the Rock Bottom in the early goings, but X-Pac came into the ring to save Mr. Ass.
The Rock tagged in Bradshaw of the Acolytes and the two teams continue to battle, and Faarooq tried to give X-Pac the dominator but X-Pac got out of the move before it can happen. Triple H gets beat up on by Mankind and then goes for a tag, but all of dX jumps off the apron and doesn't tag in their leader! Triple H is forced to continue in there and battle on his own. The New Age Outlaws and X-Pac leave the ringside area and go backstage, and The Rock and Acolytes follow them to the stage and fight with them as Triple H and Mankind are left to battle in the ring. Mankind gives Triple H the double arm DDT and then goes for Mr. Socko when Stephanie holds onto the foot of Mick Foley. Mankind grabs Stephanie by the hair and pulls her on the apron and goes to put socko on her when Triple H stops him. Triple H tells the referee to go check on Stephanie so he can use illegal objects on Mankind. Triple H grabs the ring bell and slams it into the head of Mick Foley and continues to beat up on him on the announcers table. Triple H puts the Pedigree on Mankind on the announcers table and then gets back in the ring and Pedigrees Mankind again to pin him for the win. Mick continues to beat up on Triple H after the match is over, and he even takes his mask off and continues to battle him.
