- Sunday Night HEAT comes to you every Sunday night at 7 p.m./6 p.m. CT on USA Network. This week's episode of HEAT comes to you LIVE from Ft. Lauderdale right before Armageddon arrives in the World Wrestling Federation! WWF.com has learned that some major announcements will be made on HEAT, all of which will have a major impact on the Pay-Per-View! There will also be last-minute interviews with the superstars involved in Armageddon, setting the stage for the battles to take place later in the night!

- Dave Meltzer reports that WCW officials wanted the Misfits to do a performance during their December PPV, Starrcade. He says that the plans were scrapped after the officials noted that preperations and paper work would take at least two months.

- If the WWF have the Parents TV Council coming after them, WCW has Turner's Standards & Practices. Several items had to be removed from
Thunder last Thursday. Meltzer adds that Rhonda Singh - formerly known as Bertha Faye in the WWF -had to strip after she lost her match. In addition to that, the planned matches between Evan Karagis vs. Singh and Asya vs. Duggan were not allowed to happen, and now it seems that we won't see anymore women vs. men matches in WCW.
