ECW's January "Guilty as Charges" PPV emanating from Birmingham, Ala.: Raven & Tommy Dreamer vs. Impact Players for the ECW Tag Titles, Mike Awesome vs. Spike Dudley for the ECW Title, Rob Van Dam vs. Sabu for the ECW TV Title, Tajiri & Jerry Lynn vs. Super Crazy & Little Guido, Sandman vs. Rhino, and Angel vs. New Jack. There will be other matches added. The line–up could change drastically if ECW is allowed to use Shawn Michaels, but there has been no progress on that front.
