A $100 account initialization payment is required to secure an account to have a web site designed. This is due before any programming is ever started. The remaining amount due for services rendered will be paid before the site is officially turned over to the client. This payment also secures the Terms of Service Agreement between the client and Spin Web.

A client's business web site can be created by an HTML programmer with Spin Web for a fee of $300 for each advertising web site created, up to 8 pages in size. This accommodates most small businesses and includes the web page files (up to eight HTML or text), streamlined photos, clip art, sounds, video, and all other types of files. Each additional page over eight costs $100 each. Business web sites will be uploaded for free by Spin Web to a free server or other server that the client chooses. If the client desires a domain name, or other ecommerce capability, they shall be responsible for payment of that service to the company that provides it. Spin Web can upload the client's business site to a server that charges no fees for disk space, but such servers may have requirements such as the placement of server advertisements on any site that is uploaded to their server (pop-ups included). Any business site client, who requests for their web site to be updated or given some sort of maintenance, shall be charged $25 per hour (or portion of an hour) for specified service actions. We will list the client's web site on six internet search engines for free. It is hereby noted that sites made for business newsletters, restaurant or nightclub advertisements, retail merchants, real estate companies, or any communication purposes are also considered as commercial sites.
